If you leave the vehicle for 30 to 60 minutes with the shift lever in Honda CR-V. Automatic Power Off and the power mode in ACCESSORY, the vehicle automatically goes into the mode similar to VEHICLE OFF (LOCK) to avoid the battery drain.

Canadian models

When in this mode:

The steering wheel does not lock.

You cannot lock or unlock doors with the remote transmitter or the smart entry system.

Press the ENGINE START/STOP button three times to switch the mode to VEHICLE OFF (LOCK).

If the power mode does not change from VEHICLE OFF to ACCESSORY, press the ENGINE START/STOP button while moving the steering wheel left and right. The steering wheel will unlock, allowing the mode to change.

Do not leave the power mode in ACCESSORY or ON when you get out.

    The seat belt system includes an indicator on the instrument panel to remind the driver or a front passenger or both to fasten their seat belts.

    If the ignition switch is turned to ON Honda CR-V. Seat Belt Reminder *1 and a seat belt is not fastened, a beeper will sound and the indicator will blink. After a few seconds, the beeper will stop and the indicator will come on and remain illuminated until the seat belt is fastened.
